Managing Trial Members

Once a trial membership has expired, the location will automatically become a paid member. It is the responsibility of the guild to manage these.

To see the Trial Member Dashboard, click on Members>Trial Members

To manually turn multiple location into paid members, simply click the square on the left hand side and select “Convert to Paid Member”.

To individually convert a trial member to a paid member, simply click the star under “Action”.
