New Feature: Adding Trial Members

Adding a Trial Member is similar to adding a standard member. These trials are able to be seen in the app as a regular member for xx days. It is the Guild’s responsibility to manage these and delete them before the trial period expires. Trial members will turn into standard members.

To add a trial member, navigate to Admin>Members>Invitation List

Click the + in the top right corner of the invitation list dashboard.

Fill out the form and select “Trial Member” at the bottom.

Note: As with any invitation, you can click “add to passport” to allow users to stamp at this location. Selecting “Send Invitation” will send the invitation to the trial member upon clicking “save and close”.
